Document status is disclosed lot by lot
Many electronic clearance lots do not have complete retail documents. The site separates available, partial, missing and not applicable document states so buyers can decide the right channel.
Available means the supplier can provide current files for the lot, subject to buyer verification.
Partial means invoices, test files or declarations may exist, but the set is not complete for regulated retail.
Missing means the lot should be handled only by buyers with their own compliance path or non-retail channel.
Battery, wireless, branded and marketplace-facing goods require extra review before quotation or shipment.
The first phase does not provide legal certification services. Buyers remain responsible for import, labeling, customs and marketplace listing compliance.
